Once upon a time when I was in elementary school, I saw a brand new iMac in the computer lab with a small red ‘f’ icon on the desktop. This might as well have been a giant red button saying “Press”, as this application was Macromedia Flash, a popular multimedia software platform. Since then, I’ve been glued to this software and all it’s Creative Cloud cousins as they’ve evolved over the years, towards creating characters, stories, lessons, ads, mockups, and even prototypes with Actionscript before HTML5 became a thing.
It’s my bread and butter, my salt and pepper, my Spongebob and Patrick.
